Mark's practice focuses on commercial and personal injury
litigation. Mark has handled complex commercial cases involving fraud,
breach of contract, minority shareholder oppression, commercial debt and judgment collection, theft
of trade secrets, trademark infringement, and noncompetition
agreements. His experience in personal injury litigation includes
cases of product liability, negligence, medical malpractice,
premises liability, and toxic exposure including construction defect disputes.
