Mr. Robertson's practice is focused on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity fundings, as well as entity and joint venture formation.   Additionally, he assists clients with settlement agreements, professional services agreements, entity operating agreements, and security and asset purchase agreements.   Mr. Robertson also has extensive experience in negotiating complex contracts and advises companies regarding SEC compliance matters, securities laws, and corporate governance. In addition, to a J.D., Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelors of Civil Law.
